All sponsorship donations to SSHMA are devoted to marina improvement and the promotion of safe recreational boating.  Your advertising contribution allows you to target the recreational boating community throughout New Orleans and the Gulf South area. Your contributions promote safe boating, environmental awareness, and promote tourism and national recognition of the unique amenities afforded by New Orleans and its surrounding areas.

 

SSHMA accepts advertising contributions in the amounts of $100, $250, and $500.

 

Bronze Level Sponsors: By contributing $100/year, your company will receive a text listing on our association's sponsor page with your contact information.

 

Silver Level Sponsors: By contribuing $250/year, your company will receive a text and photo listing on our association's sponsor page with our contact information.

 

Gold Level Sponsors: By contributing $500/year, your company will receive a text and photo listing on our association's sponsor page with a link to your website for information, as well as a photo gallery for your company, an interactive map to your location, docking information, and your company's hours, address, and contact information directly on our page. A gold level sponsor membership also includes recognition at SSHMA events.

SSHMA is in the process of applying for tax exempt status under IRC Section 501© (7). As such, payments to SSHMA cannot be deducted as charitable contributions. But, such payments made by a trade or business, that is not a member of the SSHMA, may be deductible as ordinary and necessary business expense pursuant to IRC Section 162. Please consult your tax advisor before deducting payments to SSHMA as an ordinary and necessary business expense.
